Shipping policy

To return your product, you should send us an email at hello@flowervault.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders process the next normal business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders qualify for free shipping. Free shipping takes 2-3 business days for the continental United States. Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an extra cost.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are emailed to you when orders have been fulfilled and shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Flower Vault is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Flower Vault is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
