Yes! You may reschedule for free right up until your time slot ends. After your time slot has ended, you must buy a new ticket, and you may not reschedule. To reschedule, complete this form.
All tickets are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any reason. If you miss your time slot, you will not receive a refund. View full refund policy here.

Pets are welcome, but they require a $10 pet ticket. We ask that they are potty trained, well behaved, and on leash, and we reserve the right to ask you and or your pet to leave. There is an extra $30 fee for accidents and animal-caused damage.

We have bathrooms for you to use and/or change outfits in.

Yes! We love families, and we know it can make it a lot easier for you to have your stroller while taking the perfect picture of your little ones.

Yes. Please note our image is family friendly. If you are wanting to do a photo shoot, please keep that in mind and dress appropriately (no lingerie, swimsuits, sheer clothing, etc). Must be wearing a proper shirt: no bras or bralette only. We reserve the right to ask you to leave for inappropriate dress.

General admission is $20 per person. Kids 10 and under are free with their own parent or guardian. Pets are $10 per animal.
We offer a 10% military discount for tickets. Use code MILITARY at checkout. We will verify your ID at check-in.

Yes! But there are a limited number of tickets per entry time. Once tickets are sold out, we do not accept walk-ins.

Entry tickets are for 1 hour of self-service photography and fun. Please check in no earlier than the beginning of your time slot and check out no longer than the end of your hour time slot. Extra time beyond 1 hour will be charged, but there is a three minute grace period before extra time is charged. Starting three minutes after your time slot ends, you will be charged full ticket price for the next time slot.

Depending on availability, you may purchase another ticket for the time slot immediately after yours.

Yes, every person (eleven and up) and animal needs an entrance ticket even if they don’t plan on being in the pictures themselves.

No, we do not allow outside photography equipment (lighting, etc.) during general admission times. If you would like to use extra equipment, please book a private event or buy out the time slot. Tripods, however, are now allowed due to our COVID-19 health and safety measures.

Yes, you can bring up to two balloons, and all other props must be cleared with staff first. Balloons must be carried with you at all times and not get in the way of other guests during general admission.
