WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All tickets are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds. If you miss your time slot, you will not receive a refund.
CAN I RESCHEDULE?
Yes! You may reschedule for free right up until your time slot begins. Once your time slot has started, there is a $5 change fee per ticket to reschedule. After your time slot has ended, you must buy a new ticket, and you may not reschedule. To reschedule, text us at 210-816-1877, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome, but they require a $10 pet ticket. We ask that they are potty trained, well behaved, and on leash, and we reserve the right to ask you and or your pet to leave. There is an extra $30 fee for accidents and animal-caused damage.
DO YOU HAVE A BATHROOM OR PLACE TO CHANGE OUTFITS
We have bathrooms for you to use and/or change outfits in.

Yes! We love families, and we know it can make it a lot easier for you to have your stroller while taking the perfect picture of your little ones.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes. Please note our image is family friendly. If you are wanting to do a photo shoot, please keep that in mind and dress appropriately (no lingerie, swimsuits, sheer clothing, etc). Must be wearing a proper shirt: no bras or bralette only. We reserve the right to ask you to leave for inappropriate dress.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
General admission is $20 per person. Kids 10 and under are free with their own parent or guardian. Pets are $10 per animal.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS?
We do not offer any discounts, group or otherwise. But follow us on Instagram for updates, giveaways, and occasional promotions.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
No. We only accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. We also accept Apple Pay.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Yes! But there are a limited number of tickets per entry time. Once tickets are sold out, we do not accept walk-ins.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE?
Entry tickets are for 30 minutes of self-service photography and fun. Please check in no earlier than the beginning of your time slot and check out no longer than the end of your 30 minute time slot. Extra time beyond 30 minutes will be charged, but there is a three minute grace period before extra time is charged. Starting three minutes after your time slot ends, you will be charged at a rate of $0.50 per minute for each additional minute past the end of your time slot that you remain inside the space. Depending on availability, you may purchase another ticket for the time slot after yours. However, once the grace period ends, you may not purchase another ticket, and instead you will be charged the extra time rate.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AT FLOWER VAULT?
Depending on availability, you may purchase another ticket for the time slot immediately after yours up to three minutes after the end of your time slot. However, after three minutes, you may not purchase another ticket, and instead you will be charged for extra time.
DOES A PHOTOGRAPHER NEED A TICKET?
Yes, every person (eleven and up) and animal needs an entrance ticket even if they don’t plan on being in the pictures themselves.
CAN I BRING MY OWN LIGHTING AND OTHER PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT?
No, we do not allow outside photography equipment (lighting, etc.) during general admission times. If you would like to use extra equipment, please book a private event or buy out the time slot. Tripods, however, are now allowed due to our COVID-19 health and safety measures.
CAN I BRING BALLOONS AND/OR PROPS?
Yes, you can bring up to two balloons, and all other props must be cleared with staff first. Balloons must be carried with you at all times and not get in the way of other guests during general admission.
